Cannot Open Specification Brochures

All our specifications use the Adobe PDF document format. In order to protect our work all files are encrypted using the latest Adobe Acrobat Security. In rare instances backward compatibility issues with outdated versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader may occur -> follow links below and upgrade your Adobe Acrobat Reader!

3D-PDF Opens Blank

This means your Adobe Acrobat reader is outdated. For 3D content you need to use Adobe Reader Version 8 or higher.

Click to download Adobe Reader for Windows

Click to download Adobe Reader for Mac *

* Note: Mac users please download the 3D pdf files to your local hard disk and open them with the Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to avoid using the built-in pdf viewer, which currently seems to be unable to interpret advanced 3D content. Furthermore, the Mac based Adobe Acrobat Reader does not properly display scene lighting and material transparencies. Please use a windows-based PC to unleash the full potential of the 3D pdf communication platform. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Degraded 3D-PDF Display

If the 3D-model is not displayed correctly, your computer does not meet minimal system requirements. This is a more complex issue and maybe related to outdated hardware, or the OS. In this case we recommend using another computer system. A mid-level gaming computer should be fine, as Adobe 3D uses DirectX by Microsoft. Upgrading your DirectX Software may also resolve this issue in some cases.
