Q: Are BRIO54 homes prefabs ? 

A: No, we explored the prefab option, but due to our low volume niche market it is not cost effective to prefabricate. We also refuse to compromise design for the sake of prefabrication and we support the community you live or build in by sourcing our materials & required subcontractors locally.

Q: Estimated length of construction period ? 

A: After the building permit has been issued it takes about 5 to 7 month for turn-key construction.
